We want you to love your Hairlust products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
